Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items (e.g., personalized products, final sale items) are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@yourwebsite.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package your item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
